Marina Allen was born in Ukraine and raised in Moscow, Russia. She graduated from Moscow State Linguistic University with a Master Degree in English in 1991. Marina had a wide-ranged spectrum of administrative carriers: In 1993 she started working for “ITERA International”, Russian-American oil and gas corporation as a personal assistant-interpreter for the Senior Advisor of the President. In 1998 she decided to move into a controversial field where she worked as an office coordinator for “Ecology and Environment”, an American company with their headquarters based in Moscow. She has been traveling worldwide for business related purposes. Marina has been residing in Sarasota, Florida since 2000 when she started working for the Real Estate Appraisal firm. In 2009 she became a State Certified Residential Appraiser for the State of Florida. Marina is married and has 2 children in their teens. Marina loves to dedicate her time for volunteering in the church, enjoys her family and friends, sunset walks on the beach and music.

Tessa Smith was born in Westford, Massachusetts in 1984.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.  After graduation, she moved to Sarasota, Florida.  She worked in the radio promotions industry for four years before switching to the Real Estate industry in 2008.  She started her job at Al Dumas & Team in March of 2010.  She loves reading, playing video games, watching movies, and going to amusement parks.  She also enjoys spending quality time at home with her husband, three cats, and her dog.

Janie Johnson was born in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She lived overseas through her elementary years, completed high school in Memphis, TN and received her BA in Business Administration in Springfield, OH. Upon graduating, she started in the Banking industry which eventually led her to the mortgage side where she has been for 25+ years, working for lenders, banks, mortgage brokers, a real estate attorney and title companies. She has been on the retail, wholesale and REO/Foreclosure side, working in Dallas, Atlanta and now here is beautiful Sarasota. She has visited family for many years in the Tampa/St Pete and Sarasota area so finally decided it was time to move here and make this home. She loves spending time with her boys and family, biking, rollerblading, walking, going to the beach, working on the house.

Beverly Hayden is a true Floridian, born in Miami.  She moved to Atlanta and Southern New Hampshire, working as a Realtor, administrator  for a manufacturer and as mortgage broker.  Relocating back to  Florida  in 2000, Beverly wanted to share her love of Florida with others and began her Florida real estate career.  Named a Sarasota Magazine Five Star Realtor for 2008, 2009 and 2010, she has demonstrated her passion for finding just the right home for others and sharing her enthusiasm for our corner of paradise.  Beverly has many professional designations but is especially proud of her designation as a SFR- Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource specialist.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband & three cats, traveling, bowling,  antiquing, and cooking.

Shannon Hansbury is originally from Rochester, New York and moved to Cape Cod, Massachusetts in the late 1980’s where she worked in the Hospitality industry as an Operations Tour Manager coordinating tours to destinations along the East Coast of the United States.  She then became the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Four Points Hotel by Sheraton in Eastham, MA and, shortly thereafter, was promoted to General Manager of the Ocean Park Inn in Eastham, MA.  In 2003, she and her family moved to North Port to escape the cold winters and to enjoy the warmth, culture and tropical beauty that the West Coast of Florida offers.  While searching for a home, she quickly realized that she had a passion for Real Estate and decided to begin her career as a Realtor in 2004.  In 2006, she joined Re/Max Alliance Group and has since become a top producing agent receiving awards such as the Executive Club award in 2007 & 2008, the Re/Max 100% Club award in 2009 and the Five Star Agent award in 2010.  She made an exciting career move by joining the Al Dumas Team in 2008 and specializes in selling residential properties in Sarasota and Charlotte counties.  Her honesty, professionalism and integrity are only a few of the characteristics that set her apart from others.  By genuinely listening to, and understanding her customers needs, she is able to successfully find the perfect home for her buyers.  Shannon is married with 2 children and enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, theatre, music and reading.

Tammy Vaughn was born in Punta Gorda, Florida in 1971, where she attended Sallie Jones Elementary, Punta Gorda Middle School, and Charlotte High School.  As a youth, she enjoyed playing baseball with the Little League, and was on the Softball and Swim Team of Charlotte High.  After High School, she went on to the University of South Florida where she received a BA in Psychology.  She then accepted a position at G Piercewood State Mental Hospital as Guardian/Guardian Advocate for the Mentally Ill.  After her daughter was born, she found a job a little closer to home, as a Social Service Director of Life Care Nursing Home in Punta Gorda. Over the years she has been involved in the Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Adopt a Grandma Program, hosted Home Improvement Shows, and participated in the Charlotte Harbor swim on the 4^th of July.  The biggest influence in her life has always been her Mom, who has been involved in Real Estate since she was a toddler.  She recalls visiting the model homes of Punta Gorda Isles, as a child, and even at that point in her life, recognized that a house is more than four walls, but could also be construed as a work of art, or better yet a home.  Needless to say, she found my calling. She has made loads of great friends through her customer base and still enjoys finding families their Florida home.
