Al Dumas was born in Massena, New York in 1951. He moved to Florida in 1970 after graduating from Holy Family High School. At that point he began his career as a chef studying from French, German, Swiss and Continental culinary experts. He continued to work as a chef in South East Florida until 1978 where he had the opportunity to open A restaurant in Cocoa Beach, Florida. In 1981 Al entered the real estate industry. Since then, Al has been a top residential real estate agent. Al's production is in the TOP 1% of all real estate salespeople nationally. He is in the Re/Max Hall of Fame and is a consistent platinum club member. Recently Al received the Re/Max Lifetime Achievement Award.  Al is married with 3 children and his interests are his family, cooking, computers, fly fishing, snow skiing, and working out.

Beth Loch is originally from Vincennes, Indiana.  She first came to Sarasota in 1978 on vacation, fell in love the area and moved here in February, 1980.  She has 25 years of real estate related experience, having started as a loan processor and progressing to the position of Loan Processing Manager for 15 years with one of the nation's largest lenders,  and subsequently the REO and Office Manager for a local asset management firm.  She has always had a passion for real estate and brings years of experience to the profession.  She loves all the culture and beauty that Sarasota has to offer and finds great satisfaction in finding that "special home for buyers in this area.  In her spare time she enjoys Travel, the beach, gourmet cooking and entertaining,  home decorating, antiquing, reading, and quality time at home with her parrot, Tiger and cat, Leila.

Lynne Dumas is from Monroeville, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Pittsburgh. Lynne moved to Sarasota in March of 1985. Lynne has been in the real estate business most of her life as her grandfather owned real estate companies up north working in the relocation, advertising, rental and administrative divisions. Since 1985 Lynne has been a Marketing Director for real estate related industries and in 1992 became the Director of Marketing for Al Dumas & Team. Lynne is married and is "her kids mom", with 2 active children, a 15 year old and a 10 year old. In her spare time Lynne loves to go to church, watch football (especially the Pittsburgh Steelers, The Penn State Nittany Lions and the Tampa Bay Buc's), shop, play tennis and travel.

Claire Newman was born and raised in Harrogate, England.  She moved to Sarasota in
December 1999 and has lived here for 7 years.  She graduated from Sarasota High school in 2004 and then moved to Gainesville for 2 years to get a degree in merchandising.  She loves traveling (especially to Europe), spending time with family and friends, shopping, the beach, and meeting new people.
